okay that went well, it was a hell of a lot of work
just for two payments (well over an hour) but that's just
what it takes to make absolutely sure that the entries
are correct, and the two databases properly synchronised.
it simply can't be rushed.

i also happened to have received some payments on the
19th, so we used *those* as the "confirmation walk-through
including screenshots" because, obviously, NLnet haven't
yet done *their* Due Diligence and checking on payments
that have only just been requested!

the IRC log is here, i took several screenshots that can
now (after editing to remove "secret URLs" and bank
account details) be uploaded and used as documentation
for other people to follow.
