that's tricky.  you need the EXTERNAL_CORE work but EITHER

1) brought forward to latest master branch.  when doing so you will need to hack out the 3 extra LSBs inserted into wishbone addresses to compensate for a long-standing bug in microwatt

OR

2) backport orangecrab to the verilator branch
