After catching covid and downtime from 3rd mar, got back to working on 
the iomux block today.

For now I'm looking at a hierarchy of a single pin iomux (to connect up 
to four banks), and an N-pin block which will create as many single 
iomux blocks as needed.

For the single iomux, I need to write a behavioural test function, as 
well as formal verif (all of my blocks really should have that, but 
that's for later).

Before creating the N-pin block, I'll create a single pin GPIO/mux combo 
block with the JTAG chain included, as shown in this diagram:
