they shouldn't be: however experiments9 is the main SoC which
critically depends on an experimental patch that i made (to add
multiple IO pads before JP had finished the new IOring system).

which, again, although i didn't realise you were doing experiments9,
tends to support the "general feeling" that i had (late at night) that
went into the recommendation to put this on *our* bugtracker, leaving
JP free to do critical development work to meet a hard, immovable
deadline of exactly 29 days.
