he also had never spoken to me at any time and so was completely unaware of
the horror i was being subjected to, the strokes, the violent physical
assaults, the heart attacks and the horrific debilitating pain where i was
left on the floor for six hours and then threatened if i did not "get up".

Aaron knows the facts. The nurses and doctors were abusive, patronising ,
and physically violent.

DANIEL HADLEY LEIGHTON genuinely believes what he has been told, and the
worst part is that he has refused for over three years to listen to the
actual facts.

the distress and harm he has caused is... almost impossible to describe
without itself triggering another stroke and heart attack.

I want justice.

Please treat this email as entirely confidential. The content must, under
no circumstances, be passed on to Luke or any other third party.

As some of you may know, Luke has been seriously ill for some time. He has
been sectioned due to the serious harm he has caused to himself and others
- I shall not expand here for obvious reasons due to this being an entirely
private matter for Luke, our family, and his doctors (who are, by the way,
exceptionally kind, caring and thoughtful).

However, because he has been emailing you, I feel I need to say a couple of
things. Firstly do not, any circumstances, feed his sense of persecution by
encouraging him to believe he is being abused. He is not. His doctors are
very kind, and are having to put up with some very difficult behaviour.

He is being given such a small dose of any medications that the chances of
side effects are zero. Any claims otherwise are simply false. He has been
experiencing distressing sounding events, certainly, every one of which is
entirely explainable by the levels of anxiety brought on by his condition.
And, it should be noted, he has been experiencing for a long time before he
was taken into the hospital so they cannot possibly be a result of the
medication. He has had many batteries of tests for all kinds of conditions.
All of which have come back completely clear. Please do not be taken in by
the stories he is writing to you. They are demonstrably false. We will not
be sharing any details further of why, and ask that you do not speculate.

We need to make you aware of one issue which may place you in legal
jeopardy were you to amplify it. He had been making false accusations
against one of his “enemies” including among others claims that he “had him
sectioned”. This, as you will know if you care to look up English law, is
nonsensical. A person is sectioned because two independent qualified
doctors and a social care advocate, under an highly regulated legal
framework, all agree that the subject is in serious harm’s way or may harm
others. In other words, neither you, his family, or anyone else can “have
someone sectioned”. However, this and other claims that he has made against
one of the targets of his claims is potentially legally actionable. So,
under no circumstances should you pass it on, amplify it or otherwise
comment on this, or indeed any other matter to do with this case. You not
only expose Luke to legal jeopardy by doing so, but yourselves as well.

Finally, were you to read Luke’s “Will”, you would see references about his
child. Obviously it is inappropriate for him to have named his child in a
public setting - so it is critical that you do not share or amplify his
post. His child is perfectly safe with her mother and will, of course,
remain so until she reaches her majority.

We entirely understand that Luke’s communications may seem distressing -
but are simply reflections of his illness. Please accept our apologies.

Please remember that this is an entirely private medical matter between
Luke, his Doctors and his family and please accept our apologies that you
have had to receive these emails. Please be assured that he is in the
safest place that he can currently be and we as a family are attempting
everything we can to keep him safe and help him towards recovery and we ask
you to not attempt to interfere in his treatment in any way.
