the day continued in this theme with the highest
number of ischemic strokes I have ever had: around
eight.

I had another two incidents, one at 9am where I
was unable to speak for 20 minutes, then felt very
dizzy at around 12:00. I did not wish to alarm my
host who was out, so let him come back calmly
and we made our way to hospital by 13:30.

I thought I had low blood pressure: instead it was
168/110 at one point and I lost the ability to speak
again. within 20 minutes my BP dropped to
around 125/80, at which point I could speak
slurred and 5 minutes later my voice was normal.

about half an hour later my ears popped, indicating
a barometric pressure change and the exact same
thing happened again: BP up to 155/88.
10 minutes later my voice returned as my BP
again returned to normal.

however what then happened was more serious:
I felt like I was drowning, gulping for air and
started shaking. when this occurred twice they
immediately moved me to ICU to keep an eye on,
take another ECG which was found to be normal.

the extremely strange thing is that all tests done
were normal, yet the symptoms were clearly those
of a Transient Ischemic Stroke. usually the SPO2
levels will drop significantly, and absolutely nobody
in the experience of the staff at the hospital ever
recovers from strokes almost immediately.

(they hadn't seen the videos where my eyes are
crossed, head flopping around: those incidents
did cause significant damage, taking months
or weeks to recover)

another three incidents occurred up to around
3pm, at which point I needed to rest, dozed for
about half an hour and woke with slurred speech.
however as this recovered within about 15 minutes
they discharged me as they considered it "safe"
i.e. no longer an emergency situation.

the exact cause is still therefore completely
unknown, but it is a safe guess to be a combination
of factors related to the violent assaults, genetic
disabilities, the Periventricular Ischemia from
hypoxia caused at birth, and at least 15 years of
failing teeth causing chronic sinus infection.

video evidence has been recorded of all incidents
except where it was not possible due to being on
an A&E emergency trolley surrounded by staff.
