hi nichola, thank you for getting in touch.
i am sufficiently traumatised that i cannot make decisions
or go over things again and again. recalling events even
to answer your questions "how to proceed" is simply too
much.
regarding "safe"-guarding: that process has itself been
a clusterfuck of horrifying chinese whispers where Hampshire
County Council instead of putting me through to the safeguarding
team instead repeatedly and persistently transferred me to
ECMH reception. the strong possibility (implication) from
this repeated persiatent action of Hants County Council's phone
service tends to suggest that there *is* no safeguarding team.
additionally the SAR from HCC shows such blatant catastrophic
failures, prejudice, negligence and criminal activity that
what you *THINK* should be "safe" would in fact place me
at risk of further abuse, further trauma, and additional
risk of death.
that i was almost murdered by the disgusting overall negligence
of people in power and responsibility should tell you that this
is one of the worst cases you will ever deal with.
torture is not something that should occur in the United Kingdom.

If we are proceeding by email, what I think may be of support to ensure
clear understanding and direction is if I send a separate email per health
complaint case to reduce confusion or overlap. I will do this across the
next few days. Within these emails, I will summarise my understanding of
the case purpose and status, asking if this is correct. Then jointly agree
a specific plan of action within the complaint process for each case.

Please note that this is not standardly received within the Health
Complaints Process, but rather through legal cases. Therefore, I have
attached information about AVMA who can provide initial guidance. If then
pursuing legal with a solicitor, please do let me know, as this is external
to the health complaint process, and will close the cases.

are items of concern. Please can I share that as a whole anything you share
with me is confidential, however if items of possible or actual harm to
yourself or others is raised, I am required to consult with line managers
and potentially raise a safeguarding. I am always open and transparent if
this is indeed required. I will consult with the line managers to raise
concerns.
