however your approach has degenerated into failing to properly
interact with me in a manner that takes into account the
psychologcil torturing that took place.

PLEASE CORRECT THAT, and write an apology to me immediately,
with an indication that you will make a much more concerted
effort to be more empathetic, careful and mindful.
