i suggest asking in the following way:

   why were medical dietary supplements seized and not
   returned as instructed?

do not mention Dr Jone's clear instructions to the criminally
negligent THAGADUR.

let them write up excuses, then compare that against what
actually happened.

they have already lied in writing that they "met my medical
dietary needs" - fact is they did nothing of the sort, and
i meticulously documented every piece of food that i ate,
including the quantity and the time.

but do *not* reveal that fact to them.
