I managed to regain the ability to speak, recorded
on video, by using Cineraria Maritima eye drops,
ethanol-based. they cause eye-flutter as it stings
quite badly. whether it is a neurological "reset"
due to the eye-flutter caused by the pain of the
ethanol, helping overcome a side-effect of the
stroke damage, or whether it is the actual
chemical  composition I don't know and don't care:
I am just relieved I can speak again.

I still have not heard from anyone despite this being
a serious medical emergency.

headache left temple yet again.
