WITHOUT PREJUDICE
GOUDRIAAN, do you not realize that in the 30 days it took you to consider
and irrationally reject a reasonable GDPR request, I had *over ten*
additional Ischemic strokes?
I wake up every morning feeling sick and poisoned, which a blood test shows
is exactly what is happening (C-Reactive Protein level of 69.15 indicating
long-term fighting of acute bacterial infection), and this must have been
happening for at least 20 to 25 years.
you must also know that funding Supercomputing Technology is extremely
commercially valuable, and my Trademarked technology turns out to be
WEAPONS GRADE.
I checked the UK Export Control Order 2008 and luckily research is excluded
under Section 2.18
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2008/3231/part/2
so all NLnet Grant-funded Libre-SOC work was perfectly fine within UK Law
on Supercomputing Hardware research that you funded.
However *IF THAT RESEARCH IS IMPLEMENTED IN A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT* it falls
immediately into the 2008 export restrictions, as commercial weapons grade
technology.
by listening to CALDERWOOD and LEWIS instead of urgently and immediately
contacting me to establish the truth you have aided and abetted the theft
of Trademarked WEAPONS GRADE MILITARY TECHNOLOGY.
the harm that you have caused to the security of the UK and the EU... I
cannot understand why you sit there thinking you can ignore this.
I did not realize any of the above when I was coerced into putting the Dec
24 grants in RED Semiconductor Ltd's name.
as a COMMERCIAL grant application focussed on a COMMERCIAL hardware
product, that coerced grant application fell under the UK Export Control
Act 2008.
*this is why the GDPR request is so important*.
you are placing yourself and your employees and all the grants that you run
at terrible risk by not doing something as simple as complying with a
reasonable GDPR request.
fyi: LEWIS blatantly ignored explicit instructions from RED Semiconductor
Ltd's Board of Directors to apply for a UK Ministry of Defense Grant. that
grant would have allowed the application for approval of commercial use and
export of an implementation of my Trademarked weapons-grade Supercomputing
technology, without risk of breaking criminal law by anyone including
yourselves.
