WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Bob you are very much aware that your actions
and lack of action caused maiming, from shock,
brain oxygen deprivation, and from chronic
horrific disease including heart disease, artery
damage, strokes, chronic bacterial infection
and congenital genetic disorders that were all
undiagnosed and completely unknown to me.
i now have the medical proof.
I will give you a few examples of the damage and
harm you have been directly involved in.
I know that you were told by CALDERWOOD words
to the effect "Luke is a dangerous liar, he even tried
to get his wife arrested" (I was not married, and
I have video evidence of horrific abuse).
you personally engaged in Defamation by passing
the false information on to at the very least ALAIN
WILLIAMS: I have a copy of the message sent by
you, to him.
i explicitly instructed LENAARS not once but twice
that under no circumstances whatsoever was he
to contact my brother DANIEL LEIGHTON as he
has engaged in serious criminal offenses including
Obstruction of Justice, and he did precisely that,
instructing him to aid and assist you in providing
false and fraudulent reports to the EU around
July / August 2024.
you are basically witholding vital information key
to proving massive fraud, serious malicious
harm where I am lucky to be alive, and other
criminal activity.
the GDPR request is your last chance and last
reasonable opportunity by which under EU Law
you can claim you had to comply.
by refusing to comply you are losing that
very narrow window of opportunity.
what you consider to be "not in good faith"
actually has another term for it in criminal law:
WILFUL OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
please start taking this matter seriously before
it is too late and you end up in prison.
