if you have been INSTRUCTED by your superiors
to write what you did, then can I suggest that you
make an anonymous report to the police, and
speak to Toni requesting absolute strictest
confidence.

upon investigation by police, if they find that you
did not contact them or did not warn the CQC, you
could be brought up on Obstruction of Justice
criminal charges, for which there is an unlimited
penalty.
