20

20 Inflicting bodily injury, with or without weapon.

   Whosoever shall unlawfully and maliciously wound or
   inflict any grievous bodily harm upon any other person,
   either with or without any weapon or instrument,
   shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and being convicted
   thereof shall be liable . . . F1 to be kept in penal
   servitude . . . F1

and section 18:

 18 Shooting or attempting to shoot, or wounding with
    intent to do grievous bodily harm.

   Whosoever shall unlawfully and maliciously by any means
   whatsoever wound or cause any grievous bodily harm to any
   person, . . . F1 with intent, . . . F1 to do some . . . F1
   grievous bodily harm to any person, or with intent to resist
   or prevent the lawful apprehension or detainer of any person,
   shall be guilty of felony, and being convicted thereof shall
   be liable . . . F2 to be kept in penal servitude for

Section 18's words are key.


"unlawfully and maliciously"

CALDERWOOD *knew* of my autism, and the assaults by RAYMOND,
knew that misrepresentation would place me at risk of death,
i even wrote to him and told him (he wrote back so acknowledged
the existence of my warning of risk). that makes his actions
MALICIOUS. he also acted UNLAWFULLY, in so many ways it's
breathtaking, including claiming to be an Authorized
Representative of His Majesty's Government, claiming
authorization was given by Companies' House, to make a
false statement in order to deceive others INCLUDING a Member
of Parliament, SAQIB BHATTI MP.

"by any means whatsoever"

CALDERWOOD weaponised the Mental Health Act by misrepresenting
the facts to SO MANY people that it LOOKED like i was a danger
to myself and to others. (we leave out the criminal failures
and negligence of those who took action as inspired by
CALDERWOOD in this analysis, but they amount to "Co-conspirators")

internal organ damage, brain damage, psychological trauma,

this is where LINDSAY and "management", as well as my mother,
brother, and THAGADUR, AKIM and others are also criminally
liable.

my mother has EXPLICITLY STATED that she refuses to give
evidence that would lead to CALDERWOOD's arrest.

my brother EXPLICITLY REFUSED thirty five times (documented
on video) to answer questions.

JACOB LIFSHAY has also refused mutiple expressed requests for
evidence of manipulation by CALDERWOOD. he admits publicly
to doing CALDERWOOD's bidding, and his message states
"CALDERWOOD asked ONE OF US" which implies that there are
more parties to a secret conversation where CALDERWOOD
is engaged in his malicious actions and seeks to bring
in co-conspirators in his efforts to cause Grievous Bodily Harm.

and drawn in as co-conspirators in what nearly became a
