i made an SAR to "management" at least twice.

i did not receive a response.


i needed to check what the records (witheld from me) said,
as it was clear from written responses that "management"
have lied (a criminal offense known as OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE)

after the SARs were ignored, "management" then READ THOSE WITHELD
RECORDS and weaponised them, making false statements which
put me into deep shock and distress (part of the continued
torture, violation of the autism act, physiological maiming
and GBH)


the first weaponisation involving outright lying involves them
failing to meet my medical dietary requirements. "management"
claimed IN WRITING that staff spoke to me and established what
those needs are.

no such meeting ever took place

hence why i recorded in writing with time and date stamps
sufficient for evidence in a court of law precisely and
exactly what i ate on every single day.

it is easy to check that no meeting took place. the
ILLEGALLY WITHELD RECORDS which i have been prohibited
from seeing will NOT contain a note of any such meeting.

there will3 be no record of what foods i require, no notes
of the medical basis from my extensive research and decades
of PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE of what foods cause me to become
exhausted, which foods cause me to be in pain, which foods
help alleviate symptoms, which foods give me energy and
are sustaining.

*if* such a meeting took place THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE NOTED
ALL OF THIS.

instead i had to starve for two days, until my phone was
returned and i could ask my friend to bring in supplies
from my Motor Home.

it is Unlawful to ignore someone's medical dietary requirents
which is why i NOTIFIED THEM IN WRITING AND PHOTOGRAPHED THE
NOTE.

hence why "management" is fighting so hard to withold
records, and ignoring my repeated SAR, because they know
damn well that the staff - doctors and nurses alike -
catastrophically failed to act with duty care and
responsibility to even *talk* to me about what food i
need in order to not end up with serious medical harm.


an example: a bar of cadbury's chocolate, eaten at night
when distraught, on receiving CALDERWOOD's shockingly
manipulative and abusive message that was forwarded by
one of my research team and made public: the morning
after receiving that message, knowing it was public and
every single paragraph carefully constructed to cause
maximum damage to my life and reputation, i was UNABLE TO SPEAK.

(video evidence of the distress, video evidence of the
effects on my speech, struggling to get medical help
when only able to manage one word every few seconds,
was recorded. as was the ABUSE of Royal Hants who
did not believe that there was "anything wrong",
calling security to have me thrown out instead of
performing basic medical checks).


there are other examples of weaponisation of the WITHELD
records but once again i am in significant pain, feel
as if i have been poisoned: headache left upper jaw where
the failed root canal required emergency Left Upper 6 Molar
removed, spreading across left scalp, left eyebrow, down
left back of neck

something is desperately wrong with the way i have been
treated: nobody has once spoken honestly with me. it is
quite clear that there is something CATASTROPHICALLY wrong
on the NHS Records that ONLY BEGAN IN DEC23/JAN24 WHEN I
WAS AGED 53/4

but absolutely nobody will TALK to me.

they have been treating me like some sort of "sick object",
incapable of independent thought reasoning reaearch and
decisions.

i WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. it is MY life.
