thank you laura.

this conversation is covered by the autism act 2009, specifically
the Statutory Requirements of the associated 2010 report.
in which it is made very clear that over 30% of people Unlawfully
held in psychiatric institutions are Autistic.

you state that there was "care". there was no "care".
only four members of staff exhibited any kind of empathy:
Duncan, Richard, Maya and the polish nurse. one of your
nurses is a *severely depressed patient* at
Atherley House Surgery (documented with video evidence
and photographs). at least three black male nurses walk
around with looks of abject hatred permanently on their faces.

i cannot possibly document in one email over ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY
separate and distinct complaints and abuses by your staff,
which continues even today.

this morning i woke up at 6am with nightmares of being
violently assaulted.

again, today, *in the middle of the day* whist resting on a bench
out for a walk, the images and words of the violence from
almost a year ago intruded on what should have been a
peaceful afternoon.

this is a routine occurrence.

please be under no illusion that it is about as bad as it can
get. based on the medical conditions that i actually have
(autism, chronic adrenal fatigue from a 16 year Domestic
Violence relationship, and much more) i should be dead.

during the abusive assessment where the video is only 25
minutes long but your management falsely claims it was NINETY,
and where the audio clearly has NO MENTION OF AUTISM,
i was NOT ASKED for the evidence of medical conditions, nor
about my medical history, which is NOT KNOWN by the NHS as
i ony registered with a GP *aged 54*, in february 2024.

i have extensive video and photographic evidence of being
abused, disregarded, maimed, critical medical issues being
ignored, and of being psychologically tortured by your staff.

this *includes* being assaulted both physiologically and
physically right from day one within ONE HOUR of entering
the building. the effects of that violence resulted in brain
damage. no doctors were called. emergency services were not
called.

the key video in which i specifically and loudly warn them that
they have triggered cortisol flooding my system, within 60
seconds of that warning i can be heard screaming in terror as
ten people violently smash me to the ground.

fortuately i landed on top of the phone disabling "record",
so that the seized phone (which was not returned for 2 days,
preventing me from making contact with the outside world),
*looked* like it had not recorded anything.

i was NEVER CONSULTED NOR INFORMED about the forced ingestion
of an extremely dangerous toxic substance. this is not just
Unlawful under the MH Act, it is illegal under Human Rights
Leglislation.

i went into shock and sobbing distress on learning that i was
to be forced to ingest a lethal toxic substance, threatened
repeatedly every single time that i would be held down and
injected with it if i refused to ingest it against my will.

i looked up this lethal substance and found extremely serious
warnings from the FDA on inflammatory side-effects.

it interferes with dopamine which for someone with autism,
CAFS and leaky gut syndrome *and more*, is unbelievably
dangerous.

i went into Anaphylactic shock EIGHT TIMES FOR NINETY MINUTES
EACH TIME, documenting every single one.

i now know that the Anaphylaxis was due to NEURONAL INFLAMMATION
CAUSED BY THE TOXIC SUBSTANCE.

the forced ingestion was CAUSING SEVERE BRAIN DAMAGE.

if that was not enough, the process of requesting acknowledgement
and apology so that i can pursue both compensation and also
get the CQC to provide proof to the police of criminal activity,
has itself been one of terrorisation, abuse, psychological
torture and physiologcal injury.

Management have been aggressive to the point of causing
shock and distress, which due to the *actual* medical
conditions results in brain oxygen deprivation and brain injury,
and subsequent recovery can be up to four weeks to get back
to a "functional" level.

this is WELL DOCUMENTED MEDICAL FACT (Microglia damage caused
by neuronal inflammation)

another similar article i found mentioned that microglia
get crushed and become pathological under oxidative stress.
or, in my case, massive CORTISOL and blood pressure rises
(cortisol triggers brain oxygen reduction to the hypothalamus)

given that i have leaky gut syndrome to contend with as well
as CAFS from Domestic Violence, any violence, distress, terror
or exhaustion is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.

consequently when i mentioned IN WRITING that i had found
BLOOD ON TISSUE PAPER your staff should have called an
IMMEDIATE MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

the sheer overwhelming quantity of medical negligence is just
absolutely breathtaking.

i wrote OVER A DOZEN notes requesting a doctor, photographing
every single one.

not one single request requesting urgent medical attention
was actioned.

when i mentioned to management that i have extensive notes with
timestamps and dates sufficient for legal purposes as evidence,
alongside photographs and videos, i did not receive a response.

when i passed your Management videos and sent them photographs,
i did not receive a response.

when i asked management why 10 members of staff violently
assaulted me when i have a genetic hip disorder, arthritis,
fused C3-C4, dislocated C4-C5 by TEN MILLIMETRES, fused
mid-back vertebrae, fused and dislocated lower back vertebrae,
a right hip that is twisted forwards dropping my entire
right side rib cage down by 15 mm and a family genetic history
of autism, water on the brain and spina bifida, i did not
receive a response.

when i told management that i had gone into Anaphylactic shock
for 90 minutes over 8 times, with no doctor called even once,
i did not recieve a response.

when i asked why i had not been told for five days of a right
to an IMHA, i did not receive a response.

when i asked why i had to "make safe" approximately EIGHT
dangerous physical items including a 6 inch wooden spike broken
off from a door kicked by a patient, i did not receive a
response.

when i asked why they engaged in ILLEGAL sleep deprivation
torture OF AN AUTSTIC ADULT, i did not receive a response

when i asked management why my medical dietary needs (Ketogenic)
had not been met, despite having complete written evidence
documenting what i ate and when i ate it, they lied, putting me
into shock and causing physiological maiming and brain damage
as a result.

when i asked why i did not receive any kind of introduction,
they claimed i was lying, putting me into shock and causing
physiological maiming and brain damage as a result.

there is absolutely no doubt that there was no "care".

this is much, much worse than the maltreatment systematically
carried out at the Isle of Wight.

except, there, i doubt that any (actual) patients had or
has such extensive video and photographic evidence.

these people need to be jailed, Laura. not just lose their
jobs: they need to be prosecuted not just for catastrophic
Unlawful negligence under the MH Act: the doctors need
to be prosecuted for medical negligence and they need to be
prosecuted for GBH and for Torture under the 2010
Human Rights Act.
