i am removing LENAARS as this concerns MAEGARITIS and nlnet
have made it clear repeatedly their intention to refuse and
prohibit access to Mediation services that would have resolved
this safely (without risk of death) back in december 2023.

attached is blood pressure and heart rate evidence with UTC
timestamp of the effect of just CONSIDERING writing this message.
it has placed significant stress on me which is KNOWN to place
me at risk of death, however gven the THREAT and COERCION by
MARGARITIS i felt i had no choice but to respond as soon as
i was able, despite the threat to life and physical harm doing
so places me at.

also please bear in mind that the very same high blood pressure,
2hen in distress (i have a massive pain in the pit of my
stomach, which began approx UTC 10:00 when i woke up again for
the appx eigth time) causes BRAIN OXYGEN STARVATION due to
inflammation of damaged neuron blood vessels.

THEREFORE...

this message is going to look "strange" because i am running
on DANGEROUSLY LOW BRAIN OXYGEN LEVELS.

let's start with this: "i doubt he will do [what i demand]".

there are so many things wrong with this. first, it's slander.
second, to a DISABLED AUTISTIC ADULT with decades of consistent
LITERAL-MINDED behaviour it is an ORDER not to respond
[which i will strictly comply with]. third, it is coercion
of someone with a DISABILITY and is therefore a criminal act
under the UK's 2010 Disability Act. fourth, as this is now
the second time (the first being his assault in dec 2023)
it is harrassment. fifthly, given the (documented evidence of)
increased blood pressure, arising from his message, it's
assault (GBH, ABH).

all of these are CRIMINAL offenses except for the slander, which
is a CIVIL offense.

MARGARITIS on consulting with his lawyer will find out many
things of which he is unaware, including that exclusive
contracting may be considered employment.

some further background on the OpenPOWER Foundation: CALDERWOOD
assisted in negotiating an agreement between MARGARITIS jacob
and myself to sign off their inbound patent license agreement.
as part of that negotiation i requested irrevocable assignment
to myself given my committment to FOSS, i can be trusted not
to abuse patent rights. MARGARITIS countered with a request
that HE BE ASSIGNED ALL EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS (!) so that he could
fulfil his potential desire to sell EU-funded work, developed
under an agreement that he committed to *IN WRITING* to honour
both the Libre-SOC Charter and by accepting money agreeing to
honour NLnet's "Works for the Public Good" mandate, to ARM Ltd.

let that sink in for a moment.

i refused to assign to him because i strictly honour NLnet's
"Works for the Public Good" mandate.

he demanded exclusive patent rights in order to have the option
to sell them.

(to emphasise: if i was ever CAUGHT selling exclusive patent
rights, it would not only devastate my reputation of 30 years
in FOSS, it would give NLnet a legitimate reason to terminate
funding).

next we have the abuse of dec 2023. this is covered in the
other messages, i do not want to risk my health time and time
again by going over it. suffice to say that Mediation was
requested many many times until total exhaustion and despair,
causing multiple life-threatening life-harming incidents
(documented with video evidence), and NLnet refused every
single time either directly or by ignoring my written requests.

given that MARGARITIS hid behind anonymity (despite being
very obvious), given the threat to my life of his actions,
Mediation was and still remains the only SAFE way that i can
engage to get through to him how life-threateningly abusive
he was - and is - being.
