with good reason.

you've just violated the protection from abuse that suspending
him afforded.

he's also just lied publicly about his intent to present
NLnet-funded work to ARM for patenting [private conversations
between CALDERWOOD, jacob, and myself, as part of negotiations
with the OpenPOWER Foundation to ensure correct Licensing
of contributions].

he owns the copyright of the SOURCE CODE (released fortunately
under FOSS Licenses).

he does NOT own the JOINTLY DEVELOPED AND PUBLICLY DOCUMENTED
WORK WHICH JACOB MYSELF AND HIM CREATED.

there is a FULL PUBLIC EVIDENCE TRAIL OF THE COLLABORATION.

it would require ALL THREE OF US TO AGREE TO PATENT THESE
JOINTLY-DEVELOPED IDEAS.

yet MARGARITIS genuinely believes that ownership of the
SOURCE CODE IMPLEMENTATION automatically affords himself
exclusive rights to the JOINTLY-DEVLOPED IDEAS AND CONCEPTS of
which his EXCLUSIVELY-COPYRIGHTED source code implementation
is just one embodiment.

bottom line:

* he indeed has all exclusive rights to his SOURCE CODE

* he only has JOINT non-exclusive rights to the IDEAS.

this is a catastrophic misunderstanding on his part as to
what constitutes patentable material and what constitutes
copyrightable material.

do you start to see, michiel, quite how badly you have
misjudged matters, by not listening?

l.
