Dear all,
at the request of Konstantinos Margaritis, please find a mail that he
was unable to post to the list himself due to it being moderated.
Since it concerns matters that were discussed recently on this list, and
I believe it is important for his perspective to be heard, I thought it
would make sense to pass on this message verbatim.
If people want to reach out to Konstantinos, his mail address is:
konstantinos.margaritis at vectorcamp.gr
Kind regards,
Michiel Leenaars

Dear all,
LEIGHTON (Luke) is spreading false information:
* I have never been an Arm Ltd employee. My company has been contracted by them for completely different projects.
* I have never attempted to patent or sell any instruction to them or any other company. However, the instructions LEIGHTON (Luke) is referring to, are 100% my own designs, I can do with them as I please in the future.
* LEIGHTON (Luke) speaks as if he has the moral high ground, but he misappropriated funds for tasks that *I* had completed, months ago, for work he himself had approved as done by me and allocated to my name. When I left the project, after *his* abusive behaviour, LEIGHTON (Luke) marked this work as "donated" to his name, without any consultation or agreement from me. This is called misappropriation of funds.
check the changelog at 2024-02-26, I never agreed to that "donation".

Henceforward, any further mention of my name by LEIGHTON (Luke) directly or indirectly will result in my taking immediate legal action. I have already started the process of seeking legal advice with lawyers in the UK.
A simple retraction of this false information and a real public apology from LEIGHTON (Luke) would stop this right here, right now. But I understand his ego will make it impossible to accept any wrongdoing on his part.
This will be my last message on the matter.
Konstantinos Margaritis
