i have initiated complaints in the past: the people complained
about lie systematically despite evidence including video of
their assault or inappropriate behaviour, to protect their
jobs. this ends up on my (new, clusterfuck) NHS record,
painting me as obstructive, aggressive, and dangerous, when
reality is that i have a bleed on the brain from a burst
pulmonary embolism, fibromyalgia-of-the-brain, autism, PTSD,
Chronic Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome and several other conditions,
NONE OF WHICH ARE ON MY NEW NHS RECORD BECAUSE I ONLY REGISTERED
FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME AGED 54 IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR.

dear PALS team,

please coordinate with charlotte and fergus, i was assaulted
by an individual impersonating a doctor from 10:00 to 10:40
at A&E Majors Ward on the 26th october 2024. the police
crime reference number for you report any additional criminal
activity and also to pass to nurses confidentially is below.

i have audio recording of their voice: the police should by
now have requested full bodycam and CCTV footage. please
ensure this is preserved as last time it was destroyed, which
is a serious criminal offense known as "Perverting the Course
of Justice".

i REQUIRE from you the General Medical Council Number of
the individual concerned in order for me to verify that
they have a license to practice medicine. being obstructed
do so at the time of the assault was itself a criminal
offense.

if i find that you obstruct providing me that information
i will not hesitate to report you to the police for
Perverting the Course of Justice.

do not delay.

hello all the crime reference number is 44240466479
with Hampshire Police. please contact them with critical
haste to secure the CCTV footage and bodycam footage.
UHC A&E has Perverted the Course of Justice by destroying
video evidence and outright lying regarding facts, to
"protect" staff, placing me in danger by presenting me
as obstructive and dangerous.

i also have video evidence.

i recalled now that the person did not state that they
are a doctor, did not give their name, and was not wearing
a name badge. they could have been absolutely anybody.

they did however state "i have seen you before" but did
not elaborate as to what that meant. it could have meant
"i have seen you around" (40 A&E visits this is plausible)
