PC King

i am publishing your message under journalism laws.

your ill-considered reponse once again placed me into shock
and placed me at risk of death. i required paramedic attendance
and an A&E emergency visit.

your actions constituted an assault of precisely the kind that
you were supposed to investigate. you and PARTRIDGE have also
assaulted me multiple times in the past, which i was formerly
willing to overlook, but am no longer prepared to tolerate
as it results in significant brain damage.

case law demonstrating psychological NON-CONTACT harm
could have been looked up by yourself yet you failed
to do so, which itself constitutes neglignce on your part
and that of ANDREW PARTRIDGE C7831.

R v Ireland R v Burstow 1997/1998

https://www.lawteacher.net/cases/r-v-chan-fook.php

you also failed to contact me despite dozens of requests to
101. you also failed to abide by the Autism Act 2009 Statutory
Requirements, to provide an Appropriate Adult, as PARTRIDGE
also failed.

you also failed to investigate the SIGNIFICANT list of other
crimes i also reported including Perverting the Course of
Justice, Reckless Filing Section 112 Companies House Act 2010,
CCB and assault under the 2010 Disability Act, stalking,
and many more.

you also systematically failed to request let alone request in
a safe fashion evidence and evidence from witnesses. events
are now ten months away yet witnesses have not been contacted.

i have not yet made an assault crime report because i have
two other assaults outstanding and when i receive progress
updates they are so traumatic i cannot risk further shocks
and further risk of death or brain damage.

your callous inconsiderate actions are shocking to the point
of overwhelming disbelief. in my opinion you do not deserve
to call yourself a police officer, as the effect on my life
your failure to do your duty has been not just devastating
it has almost killed me multiple times.

i have had enough abuse.

l.

Although a suspect has been identified and you support police action,
unfortunately evidential difficulties prevent us progressing the

circulated as wanted but cannot be traced, and the crime is finalised
pending further action.

crime again when this is received. In particular, if you have indicated
that you have or know of CCTV of the incident then we will have sent you a
link where you can upload this footage. This footage will subsequently be
reviewed to see if an offender is identifiable. However, we will not
contact you unless this results in a line of enquiry that can be pursued.

In the meantime, our crime analysts will review your crime against other
reported crime to help us identify crime series and patterns. This may
assist us in solving your crime in the future, but we will only contact you
if this leads us to identify an offender.
