Luke, I mentioned the correct one. And still got no reply from
Michiel. It's been three weeks I think, and two more emails, one from
you.
You mentioned the URL is on its way. I wonder how much time it takes
to send an URL via email; I checked the spam, nothing there as well.
I want to be extremely clear and will say it directly. Any
prolongation puts RFPs to Russia under additional risk.
Sooner or later, all international banks will be blocked. There's just
one SWIFT-blessed bank I can afford now (Raiffeisen).
And it will be under restrictions as well, I suspect. Perhaps even
tomorrow, with the new sanctions. What's then?

Before filling anything, I need access to the original proposal
submitted. Could you, please, send it?
But, again: you concentrate on the future, I'd like to address the
past and the present first.
