please explain why in the audio recording provided to you of the initial
"assessment" the second psychiatrist negligently and patronisingly states
"why do you BELIEVE you have medical conditions" (instead of REQUESTING THE
VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THE SAME, just as Southampton A&E Majors failed to
request the same)

please additionally explain why you ignored this in your negligent "final"
response.

please explain why you ignored my Subject Access Request

please explain how you can suddenly find "evidence" that my shoes were
"seized" but you refuse to answer my Subject Access Request?

please explain how you think it is acceptable to state "I must have
forgotten the orientation meeting" when my METICULOUS AND EXTENSIVE HAND
WRITTEN NOTES, as backed up by VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE, would
clearly show no memory loss or unreasonable inconsistencies?

please explain why you are implying that my meticulously written notes are
FABRICATED

please explain why when I found blood on a tissue after going to the
toilet, and informing yourselves in writing, no doctor was called

please explain why no doctor was called when part of the AUTISTIC MEDICAL
CONDITION involves damaged blood vessels and a damaged blood-brain barrier

please explain why no doctor was called when one of the very few things I
have requested in writing of the (abusive) Atherley House Surgery was
examination of ANOTHER tissue that had blood on it, and HILLMAN performed
an examination around February and found I had a rectal hemorrhoid
condition at the time.

please explain how you can provide answers that show yourselves "in a
responsible and reasonable light" yet when I demonstrate such to be
blatantly false (to the point of criminally Perverting the Course of
Justice) you miraculously cannot find notes or evidence, including CCTV
footage?

please explain how you justify in writing seizing my shoes yet negligently
fail to provide even basic alternative footwear.

please explain why I had to VOLUNTARILY return the very same steel
toe-capped shoes after attending a radiology appointment around day 6, when
the nurse accompanying me back to your torture facility FAILED TO REQUEST
THE SAME STEEL TOECAPPED SHOES' RETURN TO SAFE STORAGE.

please explain why, when part of my seized property was returned (appx Day
3 of torture) I had to VOLUNTARILY hand in a lanyard containing a steel
wire that could have been utilized to garotte someone, if an actual patient
had grabbed it from me.

please explain why, when the same seized property was returned (appx Day 3
of torture), I had to VOLUNTARILY hand in metal knives and tools that were
inside pouches in my toolbelt that staff had FAILED TO ADEQUATELY SEARCH

please explain why you have not answered why BISI and NINA discussed FORCED
NONCONSENSUAL TOXIC SUBSTANCE INGESTION without me being present.

please explain why, during the meeting where one doctor refused to provide
their GMC number, THAGADUR aggressively demanded answers to his questions
in front of a witness (my friend), attempted to stop me from writing down
questions and answers during a meeting at which I was not allowed to get
answers to MY questions, and why my friend had to tell THAGADUR to back off
when I was unable to keep up with timestamped written note-taking?

(in other words: please explain why THAGADUR attempted to Pervert the
Course of Justice by intimidating me when exercising my LEGAL RIGHT to take
notes during a meeting that ultimately, after he forced myself and my
friend to leave the meeting - involved him making decisions without my
consent which caused BRAIN DAMAGE, BRAIN TRAUMA and SEVERE PSYCHOLOGICAL
TRAUMA)

please explain why when I was in severe medical distress for over an hour
with severe anaphylactic breathing difficulties caused by the forced
ingestion of an extremely dangerous non-consentially non-informed toxic
substance, outside in the outdoors communal area, as documented in one of
the notes, which has accompanying video and photographic evidence, my notes
states that a nurse comes out, asks "do we need to call a doctor", then
before I am able to answer (which was impossible due to the severity of the
anaphylaxis) they simply go back inside

again I respectfully request that someone else take over reporting these
matters to the police for prosecution of these extremely dangerous and
negligent individuals who are clearly hell bent on protecting their jobs at
the expense of my life and well-being.
