i still have not received a response.

as an experienced reverse-engineer i have been slowly
and systematically working out the most likely scenario
that has transpired over the past year.

the biggest indicator is this:

   To date the Police, the Southampton Health Trust,
   HM Government (DSIT), Companies House,  NGI Search
   and NLnet – EU funding bodies,
   and others have all told him that he is not being  truthful,
   and in his words are “not listening”.

(which as an aside is a direct admission by CALDERWOOD of
long-term stalking)

each of those bodies, "NLnet and NGI Search", are prohibited
from taking ill-advised action without your explicit consent.
LENAARS informed me directly that NLnet consulted you, and
GOUDRIAAN publicly announced the termination of two grant
applications around February 24, mentioning "the EU Commission"
as the decision-maker. that will be yourselves as the
persons responsible for running the Next Generation Internet
(NGI) Programme.

GOUDRIAAN wrote to me after i requested OVER TWELVE TIMES
in a curt and nonempathetic response "I doubt EU Commission
will listen to you" as a way to EVADE giving your contact
details so i coud raise an official EU complaint.

i was NOT in any way expecting that to be actually true.

your failure to speak directly to me, organising and
participating in meetings THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF AND NOT
CONSULTED ON, has resulted in devastating harm to my
physical well-being including creating chronic life-threatening
disabilities, endangering my life on a routine basis, and
almost killing me several times.

as a direct result of your wilfully negligent disregard for
basic protocol and safety regarding another human being's
life, let alone your blatant disregard of the EU Commission
Protocols and Laws you are under, your actions amount to
making you a co-conspirator in the UK Crime of Malicious
Grievous Bodily Harm under the 1957 Homicide Act,
spearheaded by the psychopath CALDERWOOD.
