folks i moved the EUR 1,000 i had allocated to chacha20
over to bigmul REMAP, because the chacha20 budget turns
out to be a duplicate.

the bigmul *should* be possible (replacing temporary Index
REMAP use) to use in poly1305 and ed25519, and these 2 need
to coordinate because if bigmul REMAP *cannot* be used thrn
it needs to be enhanced so that it does!

this is the whole purpose, the very reason for even the existence,
of the cryptoprimitives grant.
