folks FOSDEM2024 opened up on 2nd september, it's almost
certainly a good idea to get in early and do a full day devroom,
include OpenPOWER CPU Architectures VLSI and ASICs as well.
purely from an assembler perspective we now have quite a large
range of different topics particularly with SVP64 doing cryptography
audio video FFT DCT and more.

if nothing else even if the devroom is not accepted it is still a good
idea to submit talks and go anyway.  as you can see we have
pre-approved budget available from NLnet. can't go mad but we
can at least partly pay our way.
