each Grant the nlnet_proposals page *and* #938 must be updated
to reflect the new status.

not received a response to the reply on poly1305.

i will assign #1044 to you, do it under that.  keep the
algorithm *brutally* simple and then the majority of time
can be spent on REMAP.

please create the bugreport *quickly* as i am tracking
the svshape information i want to communicate in my head
and it has to get out and into the "bug" compartment.
