[Libre-soc-dev] FOSDEM Meeting (Urgent)

Updates after the meeting we just had:

- Luke submitted devroom application. Made minor changes. Will need to 
wait for FOSDEM organisers.
- Intersperse short 'lightning' talks (5min), especially about SVP64, to 
prepare audience for bigger talks (Poly1305 etc.), and add variety.
   + Some ideas: Basics of SVP64
   + Authentication (bef poly1305)
   + What is cryptography and relevance to hardware.
   + What is formal verification (before Cesar's main talk on 
application in Libre-SOC)

Thanks Tobias, would be very interesting to hear of your developments.

If anyone has more ideas, keep checking bug #1070, and drop an email on
