hi everyone, going forward here are some notes on the dev meetings
* every meeting is to be minuted. this is standard practice
for good FOSS projects and legally mandatory for business
Directors. (the debian project even has an IRC bot that
has commands to create minutes from an online meeting
https://wiki.debian.org/MeetBot)
* files go in the wiki, follow ths template, copy a prior
example and edit it.
https://git.libre-soc.org/?p=libreriscv.git;a=tree;f=meetings/sync_up;hb=HEAD
* everyone is responsible for updating and editing *their*
section, please do not expect myself or andrey to do everything
for you, that is extremely unfair.
* ensure that you CROSS-REFERENCE to bugreports and/or
discussions as usual, so that context is preserved for
audit and general project navigation.
* ALL decisions and actions are to be MINUTED. standard practice
is to ensure that there is a full chain of responsibility.
some notes and observations:
* i have ALREADY had good reason to refer to a meeting wiki
page in order to help sadoon! this is precisely why the
minutes need to exist!
* andrey i had already followed above, added sections for myself
and shriya. i have merged what you added as it was part
duplicated but missed where i was speaking. useful.
