i have been filling this out and like the OPF ISA WG one it
is close to completion, several subtasks already added.
work on the TestIssuer SVP64 and in-order core is included.
draft instructions in the simulators. etc. etc. some of which
then leads us to be more confident about proceeding with RFCs.

any questions comments omissions now is the time to speak up,
i will put both forward for signing, shortly.
