today:

did an incarus simulation again, in this simulation the DQS signal sent
by the DRAM was in high impedance state causing the BURSTDET signal be
be low all time. By contrast on read hardware I sometimes got
gram_generate_calibration pass, but not always. Even if
gram_generate_calibration passes, the memory test still fails.
