been somewhat overwhelmed recently, so much going on.

ISA WG discussions are confidential, but i am now able to
interact with the IBM ISA Architect team (and it is taking up
a lot of time, but with good results).

we have approx 4 or so weeks left to get EU2020 tasks done, i
have increased priority to "High" on the bugtracker anything with
a large budget.

svshape2 has a preliminary implementation and works well. i
was going to add an "inv" (2D mirror) option reducing offset
from 4 to 3 bits but reverted it after it stops EXTRA2 reach.

Pack/Unpack nor Parallel Prefix i have had time to do yet!
i will try PPref tomorrow.

ghostmansd is doing binutils and pysvp64dis, a huge redesign
auto-generator parser, amazing stuff.

jacob is doing transcendentals and, sigh, spotted that i messed
up the opcode tables. we really need a CSV-to-table generator
there, taking power_decode.py XO entries and creating
markdown tables. it needs to go into the PDF Spec.
