meeting today for RED Semi, been reviewing press releases.
next one is chacha20, for which i got the inner loop done today:
estimated 10 instructions, up from 7, as 3 svremap instructions
are needed (the regs on add xor rotl32 are all different).

tomorrow sortong out more of elwidth overrides in helpers.py
as shifting and rotate is still hardcoded to 64/32.
