yesterday:

* linked a massive number of bugreports to a preliminary OPF one
* put preliminary budget for binutils in cavatools (ghostmansd)
* evaluated chacha20 found the entire block could be 7 ops
   which is seriously worthwhile
* started a double-index REMAP test (start of chacha20)
   found a bug in ISACaller

today:

* rewrote the RA/B/C/T/S to in1/in2/in3 mapping system so
   that REMAP can use it (and fix bug, above)
* getting ready for meeting on monday, RED.
