[Libre-soc-dev] moving unused files in ieee754fpu.git

I had asked luke before, but he didn't get around to responding yet:
was wondering what you thought of moving obviously unused .py files in
ieee754fpu into an unused folder like in soc.git...e.g. files that have an
import error? this would make ci be closer to passing all tests (which I
think we should strive for).
