santosh i've made some corrections to dev-env-setup
coriolis-install script (making sure wget is installed for
example), and to soclayout.  in your host OS you
can do "git pull" in the dev-env-setup repo.

can you please re-run everything (including making
a new chroot), use the LS180_RC8_FINAL tag
for soclayout, and run the build_full_4k_sram_recon.sh
script.
