quite a lot today:
* testing the DRAM async wishbone bridge added yesterday
   (wasn't working)
* fixed the bug reported yesterday night by Tim (core reset
  was being ignored)
* investigated why the ICache address was completely wrong
  and found that a parameter "microwatt_old" had been added
  which destroyed the old behaviour and made it impossible
  for anything to work.  fixed this by reverting back to the
  default behaviour

with that last bug fixed i can now carry on debugging the Async
bridge because it's getting the right memory requests.
