tim has managed to get an occasional start of DDR3 on the VERSA_ECP5, it is not perfect (works 1 in 5 resets) but is good enough to get going. i am now flashing vmlinuz to the QSPI and putting together coldboot firmware reading from it, into DRAM. l.
