[Libre-soc-dev] Another success with latest symbiflow installation and use

Hi,

I have managed to build, install and use latest Symbiflow toolchain.
For now Artix7_100t:
 symbiflow-arch-defs counter tests are passing.

 symbiflow-examples xc7 counter tests are passing.
	picosoc_demo bitstream build: pass
        linux_litex_demo bitstream build: pass
	litex_demo bitstream build: pass
		picorv32: pass
		vexriscv: pass
	  using latest git commits
