that's great, but it's work that is duplicating Cesar's work and i cannot authorise payment for it.

when will you be able to do the tasks that are needed to be completed?

have you looked at Cesar's work, run it, checked it is functional, and looked at how to improve it and update it to include the latest additions to the PartitionedSignal API?
