done. also added libresoc to NETLISTS which *might* have been the source of
the problem, if yosys was looking at the NETLISTs and going "that's not in
my netlists, therefore i can optimise test_issuer therefore i can remove
unused signals therefore sram4k_*_wb__err is deleted".

have a build underway now on soclayout9 (nsxlib) it's started "Global
Placement" as of now, will let you know progress.
