and now sv.lfsx.  next major one will be an SVP64 FP store,
and after that i expect the rest to fall into place.

i have had to correct some of the SVP64 EXTRA2/3 decoding,
it is the first time that SVP64 FP operations have been run,
and some of the re-mappings for register number extension
assumed *RT/RS* (GPR) as the dest/source, not *FRT* and
FRS.
