please stop using python 3.9 immediately, it will only get worse from here.

nobody in the team uses python 3.9: we standardised on debian/10 and
python 3.7.  pretty much exactly for this reason, that the Python
Software Foundation is rushing ahead without due consideration.

rather than piss about any further you can use this script to create a
debootstrap chroot of debian/10

https://git.libre-soc.org/?p=dev-env-setup.git;a=blob;f=mk-deb-chroot;hb=HEAD

run it as root, "./mk-deb-chroot
{insert_appropriate_chroot_name_without_spaces}"

make damn sure to check it fully, first.

then you can run the two script commands
