[Libre-soc-dev] wikipedia pages

hurrah, Libre-SOC now comes up under google with a "header" to the
wikipedia page embedded right at the top of the 1st page.

i wondered why it was not there, turns out that the "Soft processors"
template has to be hand-edited to explicitly list pages.  Microwatt was on
it already which easily justifies adding Libre-SOC to the sane template.
