the last bits we're missing are these:

oh, and we're missing setting priv_mode and virt_mode which has to cone
from MSR which, nuts, has to be added to PortInterface.

i'll deal with that one.

then, even without exceptions, it *should* be possible to do a first MMU
lookup.

it will need wb_get though, initially, and to use the rom= argument to the
test_runner.
