damnit i misremembered the RM Mode table for LDST. *indexed* mode (RA
RB) has free space, immediate LDST does not.

have to lose one bit of the "normal" mode, drop e.g. dz or sz as
appropriate, replace it with bitreverse mode.

or, if *both* dz and sz are 1, that's taken to be bitreverse mode.
