Lauri i am tracking down the data corruption, running qemu, i will
have some answers tomorrow.

I just wanted to say, the code size reduction is FIVE times.

the binary is 340 bytes, where the scalar version is 1860.  even
taking out memcpy which is 25 instructions it is still a 4.5 x
reduction.

this is just incredible, i kinda saw all the stories about how Cray
Vectors reduce program size but, dear holy cow, when you see it "for
real" it's a different story.

Intel is going to have kittens.
