The pin numbers in the lead frame drawing corresponds with the pin 
numbers in the package drawing.

A logo has to be put on the design in the top metal layer and the 
rotation of the die on the lead frame has to be specified by telling 
where that logo has to be located. So you can define is such way how 
North, East, ... correspond with the package pin numbers.
