Jean-Paul i found another spare NC.  W26 (NC_0).

if necessary i can swap EINT (EAST) with I2C (WEST), free
up one more pin (E31), then move SYS_PLL_TESTOUT_O
onto EAST top.

but if that is not necessary i would prefer to leave it as-is,
save time.
