very very simple, this is no effort at all: add an extra mode to
power_enums.py LDSTmode, pass it through.  that's pretty much it,
other than the data need not be waited for.

be very *very* careful if modifying LDSTCompUnit, the FSM is
extremely complex.  i went through 15 revisions even before writing
a single line of code.
